What is included in the fees?

There are a variety of options available to you when planning your event. Timmy's can provide everything you will need, from napkins and tableware to servers for a reasonable fee. To maximize profits, however, some groups and organizations prefer to provide their own materials and personnel.

How much notice does Timmy's need to schedule my event?

As with any aspect of event planning, advance scheduling guarantees that you can secure the date and location that you desire, and the various catering details can be arranged in a timely manner. Such advance preparation ensures a successful event.

We do have the capability, however, to provide "on demand" services to meet your last-minute needs, so please don't hesitate to contact Timmy's if such a need arises.

What is the maximum distance Timmy's will travel?

Although it is a challenge to deliver food long distances and still keep it hot, Timmy's is able to travel up to 100 miles from our Garrett location to serve our customers. Another option to the transporting of prepared food would be for Timmy's to cook on location. This alternative is an excellent choice for groups beyond the 100-mile limit.

Can Timmy's provide advertising and promotional materials?

Timmy's can assist your group or organization with a variety of marketing strategies, including ticketing, advertising materials, and other methods of maximizing publicity for your event.

How much space is needed for the outdoor cooker?

The optimum space is 30'x15', which ensures prime visibility for your event. In some instances we have functioned in a smaller space. In addition, we will require a 120 volt power supply, but if power is not available, a generator can be an option.

Does Timmy's provide workers for our event?

We can bring sufficient staff to provide service for every aspect of your event, or we can provide aprons for your members to wear as they perform serving duties. Many groups and organizations enjoy using members as servers.

Can I hold a fundraising event at Timmy's Garrett location?
